Groundworks Cafe is a Christian, woman & minority-owned business founded in 2022 as an extension of our 17-year ministry experience. With God's guidance and the support of family and friends, we created more than just a cafe—we built a sanctuary where faith and fellowship flourish. Every item we serve funds our primary purpose: supporting missionaries, evangelical churches, and community organizations throughout Nutley with 100% of our profits. We've created an atmosphere where people don't just enjoy exceptional food and beverages; they experience authentic connection and God's presence in unexpected moments.

From Bible studies and worship sessions to encouraging messages written on cups, everything we do is designed to embrace, empower, and encourage—never settling for anything less than excellence in both our products and our ministry. We envision a network of 30 Groundworks locations across America serving as beacons of faith where worship music plays, prayer happens naturally, and God's love is tangibly felt. We see workspaces where professionals take calls surrounded by God's presence, study areas where students prepare for exams in a spirit-filled atmosphere, and gathering places where church members continue fellowship long after Sunday service ends.
